Michelle McCulloch
Clinical Psychologist
I am born and bred in Windhoek, Namibia. When it was time to start my tertiary education, I made the move to Grahamstown, South Africa where I obtained my undergrad (Bachelors of Social Sciences) and honours in Psychology at Rhodes University. Thereafter I moved to Cape Town where I worked at a trauma Clinic for a year gaining experience working with adolescents who have undergone traumatic experiences. I have also gained experiences in schools working as a guidance counsellor.
I then completed my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at UKZN in Pietermaritzburg. I had the opportunity during my masters to gain experience working at Psychiatric Hospitals with acute and sub-acute patients. I then moved back to Namibia where I completed my internship at a private psychiatric clinic and continued to work there for a total of 5 years before making the move into private practice where I currently still am. I am very grateful to be able to live out my passion everyday in the broad field of psychology.
